The two impressive spiraling towers of Grove at Grand Bay will soon be built where the old Grand Bay Hotel once stood. It will be the first new condominium project in years in the Coconut Grove area, which means modern amenities and floor plans within walking distance of some of Miami’s most historic sites. The Bayshore Drive address will feature only 96 residences within the two towers combined to ensure exclusivity and privacy.
