Elliot, born in LA and raised in Minneapolis, has now resided in the Miami area for almost a decade. Prior to selling Miami real estate, Elliot worked with a Minneapolis based company developing high rises that now coat the Miami skyline. This helped shape his passion for all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Before transitioning to ONE Sotheby’s, Elliot worked for four years as a real estate agent for a boutique firm. His transactions consisted of in-house sales, leases and property management. These transactions immersed him in close to 100 exciting transactions per year giving him extensive knowledge of the Miami–Dade market. As part of the renowned ONE Sotheby’s International Realty network, Elliot has enhanced his best practices while embracing new challenges. Adrian and his family are originally from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. He was raised in the now, International city of Miami, for the last 20 years!! He embraces the ethnic diversity and the many that have also grown to call Miami home. He spends most of his time now in Downtown Miami and Miami Beach.

He studied to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation which specializes in understanding the similarities and differences of real estate transactions around the world. CIPS designees take into account the global economy and its trends to advise investors looking to purchase real estate outside of their home country. Adrian has travelled with the Miami Board Of Realtors, and independently, to promote Miami real estate in conventions located in China, Brazil, Canada, and around the United States. Additionally, Adrian has completed the Certified Home Luxury Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) course. Born in Bogota, Colombia, Maria has lived in the United States since 1979.  Before moving to the U.S, she studied education and worked as a teacher in Colegio San Carlos, one of the most prestigious private American schools in Bogota.  Upon arriving in the U.S, Maria used her love of education and languages to start and manage a translation company specializing in technical and legal translations for multinational companies.

Having always had a strong passion for service, Maria has volunteered with many organizations through out her life.  Currently, she she serves as a Board Member in the Boards of the Broward International Women’s Club, the Friends of the Museum of Art and the Opera Society.
