Epic

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami and at the mouth of the Miami River, Epic is a masterpiece developed by Ugo Colombo. This 54-story residence and hotel contain architecture unlike any other in the area. The design of Epic is influenced by the Tequesta Native America tribe that once inhabited the land. A symbolic boat sail sweeps horizontal on the façade of the Downtown development. Residences span from 1,040 square feet to 7,480 square feet offering owners a private entrance, hotel services, “Cityscape Pool”, valet, and concierge. Residences also benefit from the name recognized partners including Exhale Spa and Fitness, ZUMA Restaurant, River Lounge and Area 31. One of the finest features at Epic is the “Epic Link”. This is an integrated system that provides communication to all residences directly to hotel amenities and services with a simple touch panel.
