Glass, located in South of Fifth, Miami Beach’s most vibrant location, is meant to show and react to the many elements of Miami Beach’s Skyline. Glass, an 18-story residential development, offers ten exclusive residences with amazing 360 degree views of the city and ocean. Both the architect and developer devised a climatic design for a masterpiece of architecture.

Glass, as the name implies, is a glass-enclosed tower that displays and shows the sea, sky and sand due to its unique materials, incredible design, natural colors and texture. Basically, Glass signifies pure elegance. The architectural design is based on two main concepts:

·Unique design using mirrored glass features to merge with its environment and to reflect the ocean, beach & the
dynamic skyline.
·The fritted glass balconies emulate the night sky with star heaven ranging from a pure city sky to a country one.
