He joined the company in March 2015 where his main responsibility is to oversee the company’s development division portfolio composed of 13 projects representing a U$3 Billion inventory. Previously, he acted as Vice President of the International Division for Fortune International Group and Director of Operations and Finance for Fortune International Realty for over 12 years. Mr. de Nuñez y Lugones acted as COO of Netjuice Latin America, a leading internet incubator in Spain, where he managed the company’s expansion by opening offices in Miami, Mexico DF, Sao Paolo and Buenos Aires. In addition, Mr. de Nunez was in the investment banking industry for almost 10 years, starting as a Portfolio Manager for Société General (Argentina, France & Switzerland), then joined LTCB in London as Vice-President of Sales & Trading and finally he acted as Head of Origination & Syndication for Santander Investments (New York & Madrid) always focus in Emerging Markets. Fernando holds an MS and BA degree in Economics (UBA) with honors “Magna cum Laude”. He is the author of “Internet Business Models – a post-crisis vision”, published by McGraw-Hill.
